This is all about the balance diet of a pregnant mother, so that the baby will not be lack in vitamins and she/he will not become malnourished. In eating the right food the baby may obtain the right weight that a new born baby must have.
A mother must eat nutritious foods like vegetables and fruits that is rich in vitamins and protein. She may have her exercise also every morning for a better result. She must always take good care of herself because if not it may a affect the baby. The mother is the one responsible to the baby. What ever result may occur when she already give birth and the baby is not healthy, it will be her fault but if the baby is healthy, means the mother is really taking good care of herself during her pregnancy. She must also consult a doctor every month to know the status of the baby so that if ever that there will be some problems to her pregnancy the mother will know what she must suppose to do. If possible also avoid thinking problems and feeling stress because it will affect also to the baby's health.
In pregnancy you must really eat the right and nutritious foods. But for a better result so that your baby will obtain the right weight and become a healthy baby, you may also have your exercise and others and most of all consult a doctor. If you really want to have a healthy new born baby and a lovely one, you may do those things that I've mentioned. I'm not a doctor,I'm just sharing my ideas or what I know regarding pregnancy about how you can have a healthy baby.
